Requirements
- Proven experience working as a QA Analyst in software testing environments, with exposure to multiple projects and complex system integrations.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience creating and executing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing scenarios.
- Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications, as well as validating API integrations and data flows.
- Familiarity with REST and GraphQL API testing using tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
- Ability to investigate issues independently, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions or workarounds.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document findings and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and business domains quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with DXP or CMS platforms such as Kentico, Optimizely, or similar solutions is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, user stories, designs, and workflows to proactively identify potential risks, gaps, and quality concerns before development and testing activities begin.
- Design, create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing requirements.
- Perform testing across web applications, mobile platforms, content management systems, digital experience platforms, and integrated third-party solutions.
- Validate end-to-end business processes, ensuring proper functionality, data consistency, API integrations, and seamless interactions between systems.
- Investigate defects and test failures through detailed analysis, including environment validation, data verification, browser and device testing, API inspections, and log reviews.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to communicate findings, propose solutions, and support quality-focused decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, increasing test coverage, and promoting quality best practices across projects.
