Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related infrastructure roles.
- Experience in high-availability, production-grade environments, ideally within fintech or banking.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Ingress Controllers.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub, Jenkins) and HashiCorp Vault.
- Automation of logging, alerting, and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Hands-on experience with databases and message brokers (SQL, Kafka, Redis, etc.).
- Strong Linux and networking knowledge (Nginx, WAF, Cloudflare, Bash, Python).
- OS hardening and vulnerability patching for Linux and Windows.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud, covering compute, networking, storage, databases, and identity services.
- Own and evolve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and manage container orchestration across Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Ingress Controllers.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitHub and Jenkins, and manage secrets via HashiCorp Vault.
- Implement and automate logging, alerting, and monitoring across Alert Manager, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Kibana, New Relic, and Datadog.
- Configure and maintain databases and message brokers, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, CockroachDB, MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis.
- Implement and configure the API6 API Gateway, manage WAF rules, and harden network-layer services including Nginx and Cloudflare.
- Perform OS hardening and vulnerability patching across Linux and Windows servers, and operate endpoint security tooling.
- Lead root cause analysis and post-mortems, document operational processes, and contribute to runbooks.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with development teams.
