Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
- Experience leading and managing a team of engineers
- 5+ years of experience building scalable applications with modern frameworks
- Experience with React, Django, and Node
- Experience with third-party integrations
- Experience with Amazon AWS
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency leveraging AI tools for product development
- Strong English language skills in both oral and written
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, deployment, and ongoing operation of intelligence-focused products
- Manage the professional development and technical direction for a team of engineers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management and customer support
- Engage in active coding and technical problem-solving in Python, Django, Next.js, React, and Node
- Drive the proactive adoption of AI tools in both the product and the development lifecycle
- Work in an Agile based environment using tools like Git, JIRA, Jenkins, and Slack
