Job Details

Strong experience in QA automation strategies for both mobile and backend systems.
Proven experience in test automation frameworks covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven or agent-based QA tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar technologies).
Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and its application in automated test generation and validation.
Experience implementing shift-left QA practices within agile engineering teams.
Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and resilient test architectures across distributed systems.
Strong understanding of mobile (iOS/Android) and backend ecosystems (Java-based architectures).
Experience mentoring teams and driving adoption of new QA methodologies.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in complex technical environments.

Lead the QA strategy using AI-driven and agent-based approaches to design, execute, and optimize automated testing across mobile (iOS/Android) and backend (Java) systems.
Develop and implement AI-powered QA pipelines for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Integrate QA processes with Spec-Driven Development methodologies, translating product specifications into automated acceptance criteria and test suites.
Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code or similar platforms to enhance static analysis, detect issues, and automatically fix or improve test cases.
Ensure cross-platform quality consistency by validating system behavior across mobile applications and backend services through contract-based testing.
Promote shift-left testing practices by embedding quality engineering early in the development lifecycle.
Mentor engineers and QA teams on AI-assisted testing, prompt engineering for QA, and data-driven quality practices.
