Requirements
- German C2 level (written and spoken)
- English C1 level (written and spoken)
- Ability to invoice as a B2B freelancer
- Previous experience in customer support
- Availability for rotating shifts between 08:00–24:00 Germany time
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls
- Guide customers during product selection based on needs and budget
- Provide product information, usage instructions, and order clarifications
- Manage after-sales requests such as warranty cases and missing parts
- Document interactions and coordinate with internal teams for complex cases
- Contribute to updates of support documentation based on recurring issues
- Escalate non-standard cases and follow up until closure
