Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA preferred or equivalent technical accounting expertise.
- 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
- Strong experience with U.S. GAAP reporting.
- Proven success leading or playing a key role in a full-cycle ERP implementation.
- Familiarity with shared services or outsourced accounting models.
- Experience transitioning from internal financial statements to reviewed or audited financials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global accounting organization across multiple regions and legal entities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting requirements.
- Serve as executive sponsor and finance lead for the implementation of a global ERP platform.
- Lead chart of accounts redesign, process mapping, data migration, and UAT.
- Oversee external audits and strengthen SOX and internal control compliance.
- Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Operations to improve financial processes.
- Support M&A integration activities including accounting and systems integration.
