Requirements
- 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, and React.js.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Web API, and state management.
- Strong experience in SQL Server management, complex stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, Git, and cloud-native environments (Azure preferred).
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Mandatory experience in nearshore/offshore client-facing startup cultures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of robust architectures using .NET (Core/5+) and React.
- Design and evolve seamless RESTful integrations.
- Build fluid, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Manage SQL Server environments, focusing on schema design and performance tuning.
- Elevate team output through deep code reviews and technical mentorship.
- Maintain high system reliability and manage technical debt.
