Requirements
- Active NP license in AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, or WY
- 6 months of experience in an independent, outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Experience initiating buprenorphine care
- Hold licensure for independent practice in FL, IL, MA, MN, or VA if residing there
- Strong patient-centered practice and autonomous work capability
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
Responsibilities
- Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a remote outpatient setting
- Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment
- Work within a structured, team-supported model of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Engage in shared decision-making with patients
