Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in IT project management with a proven record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to include demand and project management.
- Ability to establish goals, milestones, and priorities, and to instruct/mentor project teams.
- Proven ability for risk identification, assessment, and contingency planning.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and processes.
- Experience in Microsoft O365 and Strategic Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence without authority.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Facilitation and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities
- Manages the development and execution of healthcare information technology demands and projects.
- Ensures adherence to budget, schedule and scope and business needs.
- Develops project demands, capturing stakeholders, objectives, requirements, budget, and risks.
- Prepares and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and financial records.
- Collaborates with IT teams to ensure solution compliance with enterprise technical direction.
- Manages changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using change control processes.
- Leads project team members and stakeholders to identify and resolve problems.
- Sets expectations and executes communication plans, including RACI matrices.
- Conducts post-implementation evaluations and lessons learned.
- Maintains and improves demand and project management methodology.
