  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position (agency or in-house).
  • Fluent Russian (B2+ and above).
  • B2 level English skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Portfolio of experience in developing creative projects for ATL/BTL/PR/Digital channels.
  • Experience in working with advertising creatives from idea development to materials control.

Responsibilities

  • Develop naming, slogans, scripts, and brand identity.
  • Create concepts for integrated advertising campaigns across ATL, BTL, PR, and digital channels.
  • Develop key visuals and coordinate with designers.
  • Provide creative support from idea generation to launch.
  • Direct audio/video production, including storyboarding and post-production.
  • Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors and production projects.
