Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting organizational change management, change enablement, or change communications.
  • Experience executing change management activities within established project or program environments.
  • Strong written communication, editing, and content development skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished stakeholder-facing presentations.
  • Experience coordinating reviews, approvals, and stakeholder feedback processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute change management activities in support of transformation and deployment initiatives.
  • Develop, edit, and maintain stakeholder communications, presentations, and change-related materials.
  • Coordinate communication review and approval processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and feedback activities.
  • Create and maintain end-user resources, toolkits, guides, and supporting change assets.
  • Coordinate webinars, information sessions, stakeholder meetings, and other engagement activities.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and supporting content for leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain change plans, schedules, trackers, and related documentation.
  • Partner closely with project teams to manage deliverables and day-to-day execution.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools for content development.
