Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience supporting organizational change management, change enablement, or change communications.
- Experience executing change management activities within established project or program environments.
- Strong written communication, editing, and content development skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished stakeholder-facing presentations.
- Experience coordinating reviews, approvals, and stakeholder feedback processes.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute change management activities in support of transformation and deployment initiatives.
- Develop, edit, and maintain stakeholder communications, presentations, and change-related materials.
- Coordinate communication review and approval processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Support stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and feedback activities.
- Create and maintain end-user resources, toolkits, guides, and supporting change assets.
- Coordinate webinars, information sessions, stakeholder meetings, and other engagement activities.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and supporting content for leadership and project stakeholders.
- Maintain change plans, schedules, trackers, and related documentation.
- Partner closely with project teams to manage deliverables and day-to-day execution.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools for content development.
