Requirements
- 7+ years experience designing and building scalable backend services
- Strong proficiency in Go
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture
- Well-versed in SQL and relational database design
- General knowledge of frontend world
- Excellent English skills
- Based in a European time zone
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core APIs and backend services
- Own the operations and the monitoring of production systems
- Integrate third-party systems and APIs into our platform
- Own design and implementation of new features and services
- Identify best practices and suggest engineering standards
- Document solutions using flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code
- Contribute to engineering culture by mentoring junior colleagues
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders
