Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce Core and its ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, financial integrations, and automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce administration concepts (object configuration, fields, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permissions, security).
  • Experience in Salesforce automation tools such as Flow and Process Builder.
  • Proven ability to conduct business analysis activities from discovery through validation in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Strong documentation skills including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in business process modeling (AS-IS/TO-BE) focused on optimization and scalability.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce constraints.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Write and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement discovery sessions with stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE).
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented.
  • Conduct requirement validation sessions and manage stakeholder feedback.
  • Support impact analysis, dependency mapping, and prioritization of business demands.
