Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working on large datasets
- Experience with cloud or distributed data platforms (e.g., BigQuery or similar)
- Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, including predictive and prescriptive modeling
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, including model development, experimentation, and deployment to production environments
- Design and implement advanced algorithms and machine learning models across areas such as optimization, NLP, recommendation systems, or computer vision
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define priorities, requirements, and delivery timelines
- Communicate insights, technical findings, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, supporting skill development and code quality
- Contribute to building reusable data products, scalable frameworks, and best practices for analytics delivery
- Identify new business opportunities where data science can drive measurable impact
