Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised predictive modeling.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Advanced programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM).
- Strong SQL skills for complex data manipulation.
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP, BigQuery).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
- Familiarity with Git and technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and model evaluation metrics (AUC, KS, Gini, Lift, calibration).
- Experience with ETL processes, feature engineering, and data pipelines at scale.
- English (intermediate to advanced) and fluent Portuguese.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical audits of existing predictive models including propensity, LTV, churn, and relationship scoring.
- Analyze and optimize NBA (Next Best Action) models and improve score calibration.
- Develop and refine propensity models to identify customer likelihood of conversion.
- Explore large-scale transactional datasets to generate predictive signals.
- Assess data quality and completeness within CDPs to ensure a 360-degree customer view.
- Define and maintain a Data Science roadmap including ML pipelines and drift monitoring.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to align outputs with business impact.
- Document methodologies and modeling decisions for transparency.
