Job Details

5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production-scale systems.
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Go, or Java.
2+ years of experience integrating ML or LLM-based capabilities into production applications using tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration systems (Kubernetes).
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and experience with data pipelines (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, or equivalent).
Proven ability to own services end-to-end, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and on-call responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills in cross-functional engineering environments.

Design, build, and operate AI-powered internal services and productivity tools, including assistants, chat-based workflows, and intelligent search systems.
Develop robust backend systems using languages such as Python, Go, or Java, integrating LLM APIs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
Own services end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, on-call support, and continuous optimization.
Partner with cross-functional teams (ML Platform, Developer Platform, Security, Legal) to ensure responsible AI usage.
Define success metrics such as productivity gains, adoption rates, system reliability, and workflow efficiency; run experiments and A/B tests.
Build reusable tooling, frameworks, and documentation to accelerate AI adoption across engineering teams and mentor peers on best practices.
