Requirements
- Experience designing and building backend systems using Go or other strongly typed languages
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, system design, and backend architecture
- Professional experience with React and TypeScript in production
- Ownership of features from design through production and maintenance
- Experience supporting production systems, including debugging and incident response
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership
- Strong communication skills
- Experience implementing authentication/authorization systems (RBAC, OAuth, SSO, SAML)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Go
- Contribute to full-stack development using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product and design teams
- Own services in production, including on-call rotations and incident response
- Define engineering patterns and lead complex cross-team initiatives
- Mentor engineers and support a culture of high-quality engineering
