Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure-focused software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience building SaaS applications and working with multi-cloud or large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for API development.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift in production.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
- Experience with AWS or Azure services (storage, identity, secrets management, compute).
- Practical experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, GitOps, and secure cloud architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native services and RESTful APIs using Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Maintain Helm charts and Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments.
- Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services and Terraform/AWS CDK.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with security and operations teams to ensure compliance and observability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Manage in-cluster services like PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
- Maintain clear documentation of cloud architecture.
