Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Designer or Senior Designer.
- Strong background in B2B branding, visual identity, and marketing design systems.
- Proven experience working on integrated marketing campaigns, not only isolated deliverables.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in English.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (B2–C1).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve B2B brand systems, visual identities, and scalable design guidelines.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital and social channels.
- Create campaign toolkits, key visuals, and production-ready assets for multi-channel use.
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment across all brand and marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, product, and strategy.
- Translate business objectives and brand positioning into clear, effective, and visually strong design solutions.
- Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
