Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in public sector engagement, B2G marketing, or EdTech/international development programmes.
  • Proven experience working with government bodies, education departments, or development agencies.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical or data-driven concepts into accessible narratives.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for fieldwork, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments with sensitivity to local contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement with government stakeholders, including ministries and district education authorities, to secure support and drive adoption of the LMS platform.
  • Develop and deliver outreach strategies that mobilise schools, educators, and communities across diverse regions.
  • Translate technical performance data into clear, compelling impact stories and executive-level communications.
  • Organise and oversee field workshops, roadshows, and community engagement activities in both urban and rural areas.
  • Design culturally adapted messaging and communication strategies in multiple languages and dialects to support adoption and trust.
  • Create and manage multimedia campaigns showcasing real-world success stories and educational impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach initiatives with product capabilities and deployment goals.
