Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Business Systems, or Data Engineering.
- Expert-level Salesforce administration, architecture, and automation.
- Strong hands-on Snowflake experience (data modeling, SQL, ETL).
- Experience building and managing AI agents, skills, or agentic automation systems.
- Experience implementing AI-powered GTM tools and platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large-scale datasets.
- Ability to design complex integrations between business systems.
- Familiarity with RevOps and MarTech tooling.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical owner of GTM systems, including Salesforce and Snowflake.
- Design and maintain integrations across the revenue stack.
- Create scalable data models and architectures for clean data flow.
- Implement and operationalize AI-powered GTM tools.
- Design AI-driven workflows for lead routing, forecasting, and campaign performance.
- Build and maintain AI agents and skills for internal workflow automation.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for revenue intelligence.
- Identify and solve bottlenecks in conversion and revenue growth.
