Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role in the IT industry
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ownership mindset and client-first approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Practical understanding of Agile (Scrum, Lean Agile), SDLC, and backlog management
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Google Workspace
- Analytical mindset and curiosity about software development
- Openness to using AI tools to improve productivity
- Fluent Polish and English (B2+)
Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery on short-cycle and innovation projects (discovery, MVP, proof-of-concept)
- Rapid scoping and backlog structuring with clients
- Maintain honest and direct client relationships grounded in real progress
- Work with cross-functional development teams
- Collaborate with teams to use AI tools effectively in delivery
- Produce useful, non-ceremonial reporting
- Ensure the team ships products that deliver real value
