Requirements
- Significant experience in a similar infrastructure/backend role.
- Knowledge of modern infrastructure management (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI coding agents.
- High standards for code quality and automated testing.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in high-growth companies with 10,000+ customers or $50-200M ARR.
- Experience with Go and Ruby on Rails (nice to have).
- Knowledge of modern web development (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the operation and deployment of all Dashboard Platform features.
- Take ownership of research and delivery of world-class developer experiences.
- Build new services powering the infrastructure platform.
- Enable quick and autonomous deployment for all teams using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
- Build tooling, features, and guidelines for better Developer Experience.
- Collaborate with developers to support tool adoption and usage.
- Share knowledge on software engineering, testing, and deployment best practices.
