Requirements
- 7-12+ years of experience in Network Engineering & Security Operations
- Expertise in networking protocols: BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS
- Proficiency with Juniper and AWS networking
- Experience with VPN technologies
- Hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Kentik, and Cribl
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IAM concepts
- Familiarity with SASE architecture
- Scripting ability in Python or Bash
- Understanding of ITIL processes and DevOps exposure
Responsibilities
- Manage BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP troubleshooting, DNS, VPN
- Maintain infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and Aruba wireless
- Monitor network performance and observability using Datadog, Kentik, and Cribl
- Manage Zscaler Zero Trust environment (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)
- Perform incident management for hybrid connectivity issues
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and handle P1/P2 incidents
- Create technical documentation and drive continuous improvement processes
