Requirements
- 3-year National Diploma (minimum qualification)
- Completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience
- Successfully complete a demo lesson during the application process
- Proficiency in teaching English across all CEFR levels
- Minimum 2GHz / 4 CPU processor and 8GB RAM
- Stable fibre internet with at least 20 Mbps upload/download
- Functional webcam and noise-cancelling headset
- Quiet, private, well-lit teaching space
- Backup power supply for outages
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one English lessons to adult Japanese students
- Adapt teaching to various CEFR proficiency levels
- Manage personal schedule and respond to shift changes
- Provide brief encouraging feedback after sessions
- Utilize provided lesson materials on the internal teaching platform
