Requirements
- 4+ years in application development and batch programming
- Strong proficiency in C programming (memory management, performance optimization, debugging)
- Experience with SQL and Oracle databases
- Experience in Linux/Unix environments (shell scripting and process management)
- Familiarity with SOAP/RESTful APIs and JSON
- Proficiency with Git or TFS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications.
- Design, code, test, and implement high-performance application programs.
- Perform research on existing systems to recommend improvements.
- Develop and enhance applications to support evolving operational needs.
- Create detailed component-level specifications and technical documentation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans including regression testing.
- Identify defects and participate in peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide support for production environments.
