- Experience in HFT systems, market-making, derivatives exchanges, or clearing systems.
- Experience with matching engines and high-concurrency optimization in top crypto exchanges.
- Experience with low-latency infrastructure optimization.
- Deep understanding of CPU cache lines, network stacks, and kernel internals.
- Expertise in matching models and lock-free concurrency.
- Strong system architecture mindset for extreme market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the next-generation matching engine.
- Define and optimize key performance metrics such as TPS and P99/P999 latency.
- Design multi-active architecture and business continuity plans for high availability.
- Build and lead a top-tier engineering team, driving technical and professional development.
