Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant applied experience in quantitative UX research, product data science, or analytical consumer insights.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Psychology, Economics, Neuroscience, Human Factors Engineering, HCI, or Computational Social Science.
- Deep knowledge of probability and advanced statistical modeling (e.g., GLM, multi-variable regression, Bayesian statistics).
- Expert proficiency in SQL and specialized applied programming packages such as R or Python.
- Comprehensive expertise in advanced survey writing and data stratification.
- Experience with intercept deployment tools like Qualtrics or Dscout.
- Professional case study portfolio showcasing research execution and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the quantitative UX research roadmap and data strategy.
- Independently scope and conduct advanced quantitative studies including A/B testing, MaxDiff, and behavioral modeling.
- Synthesize complex log data and survey results into strategic narratives.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify research questions.
- Innovate research methodologies to improve team efficiency.
- Mentor junior and mid-level researchers on survey design and quantitative fundamentals.
- Maintain internal insights repositories and democratize data tools.
