Requirements
- Development experience with Python and the pandas module.
- Development experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience in data migration and ETL processes.
- Experience in process scripting and automation.
- Understanding of system design and analysis.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ETL migration processes across multiple concurrent projects.
- Develop and maintain efficient extraction, transformation, and loading scripts using Python, SQL, and data engineering tools.
- Implement feedback-driven improvements to enhance data quality and performance.
- Contribute to data quality assurance processes and review datasets for accuracy.
- Analyze and profile diverse source database schemas to map and facilitate data extraction.
- Collaborate with the Client Experience team to integrate client data into SpryPoint products.
- Establish and promote best practices, documentation, and automation for data migration processes.
- Participate in daily standups and review sessions to communicate progress and address blockers.
