- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in claims management software
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims
- Take statements from relevant parties
- Issue lost wage payments
- Complete state filings
- Handle claim denials
- Manage subrogation processes
- Manage litigation
- Communicate with CEOs, claimants, providers offices, and attorneys
