Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, programming, information security, or equivalent experience/certifications.
- 3-5 years of experience in systems administration with focus on M365 E5 suite.
- Experience in team mentoring or leadership.
- Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Certificates, SMTP, SNMP, SSL, SSH, DMARC, DKIM, SPF.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco networking (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Proficiency in HyperV virtualization and Azure cloud services.
- Expertise in Disaster Recovery, High Availability, and Business Continuity Planning.
- Experience with Mac management.
- Scripting and programming experience for integration development.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Manage mobile device management with Intune including endpoint policies and provisioning.
- Implement Single Sign On for enterprise applications via Microsoft Azure AD.
- Design and administer HyperV virtualization and Azure cloud environments.
- Manage Cisco/Meraki networking hardware including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery, High Availability, and Business Continuity plans.
- Lead vulnerability management, patching, and security compliance tasks.
- Automate processes such as user onboarding and offboarding via scripting.
- Act as an escalation point for complex help desk tickets.
- Mentor team of engineers.
