Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of ServiceNow administration or development experience
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
  • Understanding of CMDB and ITIL fundamentals
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • CSA certification or additional ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the ServiceNow platform by handling daily administration tasks, service requests, and system monitoring activities to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Configure and develop basic to intermediate ServiceNow functionality using tools such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer under senior guidance.
  • Support CMDB integrity through regular updates, audits, reporting, and data quality improvements aligned with ITIL practices.
  • Assist in building and maintaining simple integrations using Integration Hub and scripted REST APIs while collaborating with senior developers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve incidents, and escalate complex problems while contributing to root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and platform enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, streamline processes, and enhance platform usability.
