Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions in production environments.
- Expertise in modern AI architectures, including LLM-based systems, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native platforms, and data architecture.
- Experience defining architecture standards and influencing multi-team engineering practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design and governance of enterprise AI initiatives across products, platforms, and shared capabilities.
- Partner with business units, product managers, and engineering teams to define end-to-end AI solution architectures.
- Develop and maintain architecture standards, reference frameworks, and guardrails for AI systems.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide their adoption including LLM systems and retrieval-augmented architectures.
- Provide technical leadership across AI orchestration, observability, and evaluation frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise requirements around security, privacy, compliance, and resiliency.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders while contributing to architecture reviews and strategy.
