Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies tailored to different technologies, project types, and delivery contexts
- Lead the design and execution of automated and manual testing frameworks across web and mobile environments
- Participate hands-on in test development, execution, and debugging to ensure product quality and reliability
- Mentor and support development teams in adopting strong QA practices and quality-first approaches
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align testing strategies with business and technical requirements
- Establish scalable QA standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency across teams
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying gaps in processes and optimizing testing efficiency
