Job Details

3+ years of professional experience in frontend development using React
Strong hands-on experience with Convex, including queries, mutations, and real-time data architecture
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working across frontend-backend boundaries
Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar)
Comfortable contributing to backend code when needed (fullstack capability)
Strong experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) with a clear workflow perspective
Product-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute ideas beyond execution
Understanding of UI background processes and asynchronous data handling
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in small, agile teams
Availability to start immediately and commit full-time to the project

Develop and ship a production-ready React frontend within tight delivery timelines
Build and maintain features using React and Convex, leveraging real-time and reactive data architecture
Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and Convex functions
Collaborate with backend developers to define data contracts and API structures
Translate product and UI/UX requirements into clean, maintainable interfaces
Actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development workflows and improve output quality
Identify UX gaps, propose improvements, and contribute to product and technical decisions
Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and application performance
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and team ceremonies
Write maintainable code with appropriate structure, testing, and documentation
