Requirements

Experience leading technical teams in endpoint engineering, desktop support, or compliance operations
Strong understanding of endpoint patching, vulnerability management, and device compliance frameworks
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or MECM (SCCM)
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint management
Understanding of deployment rings, phased rollouts, and exception handling
Ability to interpret compliance data and create remediation plans
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly structured, organized, and outcome-driven approach
Experience in managed services or multi-customer environments

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of endpoint compliance engineers
Oversee endpoint patching and compliance across Windows and macOS
Maintain and manage a centralized software catalog
Monitor emerging OS, application, and malware threats
Ensure timely deployment of OS, security, browser, and 3rd party patches
Manage patch compliance reporting and deliver customer reports
Track compliance gaps and drive remediation efforts
Support urgent and zero-day patch response activities
Maintain patching schedules and deployment rings
Improve patching workflows, documentation, and reporting standards
