Requirements

  • Experience leading technical teams in endpoint engineering, desktop support, or compliance operations
  • Strong understanding of endpoint patching, vulnerability management, and device compliance frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or MECM (SCCM)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint management
  • Understanding of deployment rings, phased rollouts, and exception handling
  • Ability to interpret compliance data and create remediation plans
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly structured, organized, and outcome-driven approach
  • Experience in managed services or multi-customer environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of endpoint compliance engineers
  • Oversee endpoint patching and compliance across Windows and macOS
  • Maintain and manage a centralized software catalog
  • Monitor emerging OS, application, and malware threats
  • Ensure timely deployment of OS, security, browser, and 3rd party patches
  • Manage patch compliance reporting and deliver customer reports
  • Track compliance gaps and drive remediation efforts
  • Support urgent and zero-day patch response activities
  • Maintain patching schedules and deployment rings
  • Improve patching workflows, documentation, and reporting standards
