Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, infrastructure, or IT operations roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services in production environments.
- Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting incidents, outages, alerts, and performance degradation in live systems.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform (preferred), ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Skilled in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Azure networking components such as VNets, NSGs, load balancers, and private endpoints.
- Familiar with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Grafana.
- Experience working with SQL databases and Active Directory environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis skills, and the ability to work in Agile and fast-paced operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot scalable Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and operational reliability across production environments.
- Design and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning, configuration, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, reliable, and efficient deployment processes.
- Monitor production systems, respond to alerts and incidents, and take ownership of escalated issues impacting applications and infrastructure.
- Perform root cause analysis on outages and performance issues, implementing long-term corrective actions to improve system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deployment, networking, database, and application-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and best practices to improve reliability, security, and performance standards.
