Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Pedagogy, Administration, Business Management, Technology, or related fields
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal Portuguese
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and presentations
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning environments
- Experience or interest in educational technology and administrative support roles
- Intermediate English level (B1–B2)
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfort working with digital tools, including AI-based solutions (LLMs)
Responsibilities
- Support academic and administrative operations, including student communication via WhatsApp, email, and platform tools
- Manage enrollment processes, class organization, attendance lists, and certification issuance
- Assist in planning and organizing course schedules, instructor availability, and training calendars
- Support the setup and maintenance of courses, lessons, and learning materials within the LMS platform
- Monitor student progress and provide basic technical support to resolve issues within the learning environment
- Coordinate logistical support for instructors
- Collect feedback and performance indicators from courses
