Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Pedagogy, Administration, Business Management, Technology, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal Portuguese
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and presentations
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning environments
  • Experience or interest in educational technology and administrative support roles
  • Intermediate English level (B1–B2)
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfort working with digital tools, including AI-based solutions (LLMs)

Responsibilities

  • Support academic and administrative operations, including student communication via WhatsApp, email, and platform tools
  • Manage enrollment processes, class organization, attendance lists, and certification issuance
  • Assist in planning and organizing course schedules, instructor availability, and training calendars
  • Support the setup and maintenance of courses, lessons, and learning materials within the LMS platform
  • Monitor student progress and provide basic technical support to resolve issues within the learning environment
  • Coordinate logistical support for instructors
  • Collect feedback and performance indicators from courses
