Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, including 5+ years in B2B SaaS environments
- Strong technical fluency in infrastructure concepts such as Kubernetes, cloud platforms, VMs, and distributed systems
- Experience working with developer tools, APIs, or platform products in complex technical ecosystems
- Ability to understand and discuss data models, APIs, system architecture, and observability concepts
- Proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-team alignment at scale
- Strong customer discovery skills with the ability to translate feedback into actionable product direction
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to build intuitive and scalable user experiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with observability, infrastructure monitoring, or SRE-related products is highly valuable
- Exposure to go-to-market activities such as pricing, packaging, and sales enablement is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure observability solutions including Kubernetes and cloud provider monitoring
- Conduct deep customer discovery to understand infrastructure monitoring needs, pain points, and workflows across diverse customer segments
- Translate customer insights and feedback into clear product requirements and prioritized engineering work
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design scalable, reliable, and high-performance observability features
- Partner with go-to-market teams to define positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and competitive differentiation
- Drive integration strategies across observability products to ensure seamless user experiences across cloud and infrastructure layers
- Balance delivery of new product initiatives with continuous improvement of mature, high-usage capabilities
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on product direction, trade-offs, and long-term strategy
