Requirements
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD).
- Active PsyPact license.
- 5+ years of experience providing teletherapy (text-based, video, phone).
- Experience integrating technology and data into clinical practice.
- Trained in evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT).
- Experience with safety planning and intervention for high-risk clients.
- Licensed/credentialed to treat anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
- Professional fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, short-term and longitudinal tele-therapy to patients within licensed states.
- Conduct targeted 30- to 45-minute therapeutic sessions.
- Serve as the behavioral health expert within a multidisciplinary team of primary care and specialty providers.
- Provide sophisticated diagnostic impressions and treatment planning.
- Perform safety planning and crisis intervention for high-risk patients.
- Use proprietary data and technology platforms to track outcomes and streamline documentation.
