Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of current experience in Pennsylvania estate planning, estate administration, probate, or trust administration
- Experience drafting estate planning documents
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania estate and probate processes
- Confidence communicating with clients professionally and compassionately
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with accuracy
- Comfort using legal software, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems
- Paralegal certificate, relevant education, or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings and assist with discussions involving estate planning and administration matters
- Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, gathering information, and helping matters move forward
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and related professionals
- Assist with drafting and reviewing estate planning documents
- Prepare and organize client information for plan design and attorney review
- Support estate and trust administration matters from intake through completion
- Assist with probate and administration filings and beneficiary communication
- Work with executors, trustees, and financial institutions
- Track deadlines and required documents to keep matters organized
- Maintain accurate client files using legal software and MS 365
