Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of current experience in Pennsylvania estate planning, estate administration, probate, or trust administration
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents
  • Strong understanding of Pennsylvania estate and probate processes
  • Confidence communicating with clients professionally and compassionately
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with accuracy
  • Comfort using legal software, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems
  • Paralegal certificate, relevant education, or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client meetings and assist with discussions involving estate planning and administration matters
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, gathering information, and helping matters move forward
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and related professionals
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing estate planning documents
  • Prepare and organize client information for plan design and attorney review
  • Support estate and trust administration matters from intake through completion
  • Assist with probate and administration filings and beneficiary communication
  • Work with executors, trustees, and financial institutions
  • Track deadlines and required documents to keep matters organized
  • Maintain accurate client files using legal software and MS 365
