Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of developer experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder and Integration Architecture certifications.
- Foundational experience with Salesforce Cloud Solutions.
- Working knowledge of security protocols including SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, XML, and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce AI/Agentforce 360 and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
- Experience with Salesforce sandboxes, development, staging, and deployment processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management and implementation within our Salesforce Platform.
- Build out secure integration architecture within our Salesforce Org to interface with external systems.
- Evaluate and implement new architecture to streamline processes.
- Utilize development technologies including Apex, SQL, XML, Java, and jQuery.
- Develop and maintain security protocols including oAuth, SSO, and SAML.
- Drive CI/CD implementation using sandbox tools.
- Develop roles, permissions, page layouts, process flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead the evaluation and resolution of technical debt.
- Act as point of contact for Salesforce contract negotiations and product communication.
- Participate in training and mentoring programs.
