Requirements
- Proven experience delivering at least two Microsoft Dynamics implementations involving AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 F&O.
- At least one full implementation using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and finance business processes.
- Experience creating FRD, FDD, User Stories, and Fit-Gap Analysis documentation.
- Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Experience with integrations, third-party systems, and data migration.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Functional Consultant and primary point of contact for business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Prepare and maintain Fit-Gap Analysis, FRD, FDD, and User Stories.
- Lead the design and implementation of Finance modules within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Provide guidance on data migration and integration requirements.
- Participate in Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist with end-user training and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and developers in Agile ceremonies.
