Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM
- Solid experience with C#, .NET
- Solid experience with XML
- Solid experience with Power Platform (apps, flows, integrations)
- Strong experience with REST APIs (development & consumption)
- Very good knowledge of MS SQL (queries, optimization, integrations)
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication skills in German (min. B2)
- Communication skills in English (B2)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Financial Services)
- Extend system capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Virtual Agents
- Work with Dataverse and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Build and maintain REST APIs, including integrations with external systems
- Ensure code quality through unit and end-to-end testing
- Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, code reviews, team collaboration)
- Communicate with stakeholders in German and English
