Requirements
- Expert-level experience with Claude and AI agent development
- Proven track record integrating tools via APIs and webhooks
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n)
- Experience with workflow orchestration
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership mindset and adaptability
- Understanding of data privacy and legal confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Claude-based, employee-facing AI agents for internal workflows
- Implement multi-step agent logic, tool/function calling, and retrieval where needed
- Integrate CRMs, Slack, project management platforms, and internal databases via APIs/webhooks
- Build and maintain automations with Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, bugs, and workflow failures
- Monitor agent outputs/logs; tune prompts and parameters to improve accuracy and reliability
- Document systems, workflows, and SOPs for scale and handoff
- Ensure agents and integrations follow data privacy, confidentiality, and access controls
