Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in solutioning and implementation with platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, HPOO, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Resolve.ai, or Rundeck.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python.
- Proficiency in Cloud Infra Management.
- Understanding of scripting concepts (PowerShell, VB, Perl, C#).
- Experience in developing solutions using MS Power Apps and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience with Databases (SQL and NoSQL) and DevOps.
- Hands-on experience in automating Web interfaces, API, and desktop application interfaces.
- Knowledge of API-driven integration, Agile methodologies, and AIOps.
Responsibilities
- Align automation tools, processes, and strategies with business goals.
- Design best-fit automation solution for RPA, ITPA, and Cognitive Automation.
- Conduct IPA and DPA in the customer environment.
- Construct 'To-be' solutions for identified opportunities.
- Build POC for solution demonstration.
- Perform ROI analysis for benefit realization.
- Conduct workshops with customers.
- Support pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions.
- Assist development and support teams with technical expertise.
