Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer success-related experience.
  • Understanding of main digital marketing metrics (opens, clicks, conversions).
  • Proven track record of creative problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
  • Comfort discussing business and sales topics during renewal or cancellation.
  • Excellent communication skills via chat, phone, video, and email.
  • Proficiency with WeChat.
  • Strong time management and independent working ability.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, Intercom, Mixpanel, Hubspot, and G-Suite.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, project management, or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for Omnisend’s top-tier customers.
  • Proactively develop strategies to increase revenue through digital marketing.
  • Onboard new clients, including contact migration and setup of campaigns/automations.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on a regular cadence.
  • Review customer dashboards and ensure appropriate escalation.
  • Keep merchants updated on product releases and new features.
  • Contribute feedback to Product/Engineering on platform improvements.
  • Conduct QBRs and establish quarterly customer goals.
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
