Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes within enterprise markets (Data Warehousing, BI, AI/ML).
  • Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models.
  • Experience selling on-premise, cloud, and SaaS hybrid solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting key organizations.
  • Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proposals.
  • Lead complex sales cycles using a solution-based approach.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to BDRs and Field Marketing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
  • Develop strong partnerships with public cloud providers.
