Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
- Experience managing complex sales processes within enterprise markets (Data Warehousing, BI, AI/ML).
- Deep understanding of commercial open-source business models.
- Experience selling on-premise, cloud, and SaaS hybrid solutions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and technical leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting key organizations.
- Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proposals.
- Lead complex sales cycles using a solution-based approach.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to BDRs and Field Marketing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM system.
- Develop strong partnerships with public cloud providers.
