Requirements

- Strong auditory perception to identify nuances in speech, accents, and pronunciation.
- Demonstrated ability to transcribe audio with high accuracy.
- Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings.
- Strong comprehension and analytical skills for independent judgment.
- Background in linguistics, speech sciences, or cognitive science preferred.
- Experience working with speech/audio datasets or annotation workflows preferred.
- Professional voice work experience (e.g., voice acting, podcasting) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Use proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs on projects involving multilingual audio clips.
- Support the delivery of high-quality curated audio data that ensures clear, natural spoken output.
- Ensure accurate representation of linguistic and prosodic details such as intonation, rhythm, and accent.
- Collaborate with technical staff to develop tasks that improve AI's ability to handle speech modulation and accent variation.
- Work with technical staff to improve annotation tools for efficient audio workflows.
- Evaluate audio for noise handling and real-world recording quality.
