- 2+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
- Experience writing unit and functional tests (Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience building or integrating complex distributed systems

Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services for corporate card issuance and management
- Integrate with banking providers, AML systems, and payment networks
- Translate third-party API documentation into technical architecture and implementation plans
- Participate in product and engineering decisions across the full lifecycle
- Improve system performance, scalability, and observability
- Ensure high engineering quality through unit/functional testing and CI/CD automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end user experiences
